Hi Everyone, First off we are being joined by Mr. Tapan Desai. He will be handling day-to-day support. Tapan is a recent graduate of York University with a BA, Specialized Honours Degree in Computer Security and has several years of hands-on network management and security, as well as programming in Python, Arduino, Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. His focus has been on developing and monitoring a wide range on security systems for clients since 2015. Ms. Oneli Wasam will be providing first-line customer service support for those calling in to the support line to ensure your request goes to the right person. Oneli provides a range of office management support to Vybe and it's affiliated companies in its Toronto offices.
