Vex.Net is planning to offer special deals to Web Developers (or other developers) who prefer to manage their own customers, but would like to host them on Vex.Net.

These plans are still in the development stage, but if you are a developer or web designer and are interested in working with us to forge this sort of relationship, we are very willing to work with you, to try to create a service that is mutually beneficial for everyone.

The current scheme being worked on we like to think of as a "Virtual ISP". The idea is that the clients that our reseller brings in will be fully manageable by that reseller. We will simply bill the reseller for the (reduced) amount of all the accounts they manage each month, and they then bill their customers themselves. The benefit of this arrangement is that your customers need not ever deal with Vex.Net, but will only deal with you.

Alternatively we might at some point set up things so our billing system could be integrated into a reseller account, so that we would do all the billing on behalf of the resller. The benefit of this would be that the reseller wouldn't have to deal with the more tedious elements of billing and accounting, so could concentrate more just on providing the services their customers need.
