Vex.Net is able to offer dial-up connectivity to clients, bundled with hosting accounts. See our "hosting":/hosting price grid for details of what is included in the hosting accounts. Local dialup can be added to any hosting account for $10/month. Dialup can be purchased by itself for $13/month.
