As someone else pointed out, the one you sent should be the last
one that appears in the folder. It's a bummer. I wish an edited
message (or post) would cancel the earlier version, so MAILED and
POSTED would constitute a record of what you actually send.

When you're finally finished with your replies and are ready to
send them out, you could always go into the reply folder and save
them to a different folder.
