This is because of this huge header field. The same thing happened to
me about 4 days ago on my server. This was causing UQWK (and SOUPER
for Windows) to not work and give the above error message.

Someone at my admin ended up recompiling UQWK although I don't know if
that was the actual fix or not. Hope this helps.
