Get pmwsetup.exe from ftp://ftp.coast.net/SimTel/msdos/c/pmw122.zip.
Run the command

pmwsetup yarnx.exe

Change the "Maximum Extended Memory to Allocate" setting to the
number of bytes the DOS extender should allocate.
