The best solution I have for you is to use a file(vg. yourlist.lst) that
lists all your newsgroups except the one you don't want to expire.

Then expire with the following command:

expire -o @yourlist.lst

For more details, RTFM.

Since I also subscribe to newsgroups that only my son reads, have I made a
list of those I read and another one for my son's newsgroups. It is then
easy to expire either all, mine or my son's newsgroups.
