Yes, but it's not automatic. <-: that is Yep only operates between your
editor and Yarn, so you have to press "r" on the message. But you could
have a "pre message block" configuration with a directive like this:

<ifsubj:send pgp-key><impf:c:\path\pgp.key>

It looks confusing ... but it's not too hard (i hope). The link looks at
the subject (ifsubj) for the key phrase, and then imports the file (impf)
if it matches. YOu could also put the condition in your SIG if you prefered.

So you'd have to press 'r' to reply and then exit the editor... and send.
It's not TRULY completely automatic, but saves a few steps of importing a
file manually.

For true automation you would need a filter for when the message is
imported (or before it's imported)... someone should write one (-; And also
automatically decrypt incoming PGP messages before importing please. (-:
