Once upon a time I also had epm /i running in the background
(started from the Startup folder) and Yarn using epm /m. It worked
as expected. The tasklist shows 2 epm's, yes, but from the disk
loading time I figured that some redundancy was really eliminated.

I think I used "editor=epm /m" instead of "editor=cmd /c epm /m".

Then I found a nice vi clone for OS/2 so I scratched that. It is
called vile.
