Catching up all newsgroups

I was wondering if there is, or will be, a way to catch up all
subscribed newsgroups in Yarn at once. If there is a way to do
this, I think that it might come in handy, and, perhaps, save a
little time. If someone knows how one can catch up all groups
(at once) with Yarn, please advise.
