rebuild -h on win95 / sharing violation

I'm trying to rebuild my news database with "rebuild -h" and "rebuild -o",
but all I get is "sharing violation". "Retry? Abort? Fail?" I'm running
under win95. Tried it under DOS and got the same thing.

Any ideas?
