Actually, if there's a time window when you have access to both ISPs,
you can subscribe to your usual newsgroups on both, download SOUP
packets from both, run import on both packets, and just run YARN. Import
will be deleting a lot of duplicate articles, but the cutover should be
seamless. (Change your user-id in the config file, of course.)
