Use the NEWGROUP command to create the new newsgroup (if you haven't
already).

Then start up Yarn and move the selection bar to where you want the
newsgroup to appear in your newsgroup list and press INSERT... a list
will pop up of all the newsgroups in your 'active' list which aren't
currently in your 'newsrc' file. (In other words, all groups you have
either DELeted from your list, or added with NEWGROUP but haven't got any
news articles yet). Select the hwfn.gardening...
