Questions about expiring articles

I am new to Yarn, and I'm running v. 0.90. I can't figure out from the
doumentation if unread articles will be expired, when I run Expire.exe, or
if it will only expire articles I have already read.

As far as I have been able to figure out from the talk on this mailing
list, there is no way of marking a specific article for expiring. Is this
true? If this is true, how do I contact Chin, to tell him about my wish? I
suppose I would be able to reach him through this mailing list?
