I believe in v0.90 it put the decoded files in the directory defined by
the save-directory= setting in the global file.

This just started happening with v0.91.

When I installed v0.91, I used the same old global file that I was
using with v0.90, I glanced through the global shipped with v0.91, but I
didn't see anything new so I don't know if this could be the problem or
not, or if others who installed everything experience it.
