can I quickly alphabetize my news groups?

Hi, is there a really quick way to put all my news groups in alphabetical
order with yarn V. 89? The only way I can think of is to delete all groups
with the del key and then bring them back by using the ins key (very very
slow). Oh well, any help would be greatly appreciated.
