In the file "changes" I read:

But when I read Polish newsgroups I see something like this:

The "Subject:" line and the body contain some strange characters instead
of Polish letters. What can be done in order to read/write quoted-printable
mail/news with Polish national characters? I tried to find the answer in the
archives of the list but I didn't find it.
