uqwk +x +L should do.

That error probably comes from your shell, meaning there are no files
that match *.MSG, since uqwk didn't create them. For a little fun, try
typing "Got a light?" to the prompt, without the quotes...

It's in QWK format. Presumably you could read it with a QWK reader.
