Souper for Windows will not run until it finds a Winsock dialer loaded
into memory. This could be the DUN that's included in Win95 or it
could be something like Trumpet Winsock which is what I use. If you
don't already have a Winsock dialer, you can get the v3.00a release
from

http://www.trumpet.com.au

and then install it. Once you've loaded Winsock, then clicking on
Souper's icon should execute the program. Hope this helps.
