Can't post news

Last night (Friday) my ISP (Incompetent Service Provider)
switched over from one news server to another. I can get news
from the new news server via uqwk from the shell, but I can't
post. I get the following error message:

jstein@earth : uqwk -m -n +L -RREPLIES
uqwk: Posting article to alt.meditation.transcendental
sh: /usr/local/bin/inews: not found
uqwk: Posting article to alt.meditation.transcendental
sh: /usr/local/bin/inews: not found
Broken pipe
jstein@earth :

(There were five posts in the packet I uploaded.)

I've notified the sysadmins via voicemail and email, but given
that it's a weekend, I doubt they'll check until Monday. They
almost never respond to either in any case; it's like sending
information to a black hole. Making contact is a lost cause
except for those very rare occasions when someone is there to
pick up calls to the 24-hour, 7-day-a-week voice tech support
number.

Is there anything I can do from my end to reconfigure whatever
needs to be reconfigured so I can *post* news to the newly
installed news server?

Such superb planning...make a major change in the system on
Friday so you won't have to deal with any glitches resulting from
the fact that you didn't fix everything you should have fixed
until three days later...

Thanks for any assistance.
