Souper and In-joy dialer

I'm having a problem using In-joy and retrieving news and mail since
Souper uses the IAK settings for News and Mail servers, and I have more
than 1 ISP setup there.

I know I can use the NNTPSERVER environment variable for news but I'm
not sure how to handle mail.
