To my eyes this does not look as a problem on the side of your ISP. I
think it is on your side! Have you changed anything on your
configuration? Does the /usr/local/bin/inews command really exist?
If you can retrieve all newsgroups from yur ISP do it, and check if
the group still exists (possibly another solution). You can do this
also with 'telnet -p 119 news-srvr' and then 'LIST' (enable logging on
the command line)
If I am remembering correctly, uqwk can send news also directly to the
NNTP server. Try this one, if the above doen't help.
If you are running OS/2, you could also give souper (also available
for other 'OS's) or VSoup (OS/2 multithreading) a try.
