Perhaps you too have old versions of the emx-DLLs. emxrev shows for
me:
[C:\]emxrev
EMX : revision = 43
EMXIO : revision = 40
EMXLIBC : revision = 43
EMXLIBCM : revision = 43
EMXLIBCS : revision = 43
EMXWRAP : revision = 40
You should have at least the display above.
