VSoup reads %etc%\tcpos2.ini if it exists. If using the "-i" switch,
and tcpos2.ini does not exist, it will be created, resulting in a
tcpos2.ini which is 0 bytes long.

I wonder if VSoup is reading tcpos2.ini even when the "-i" switch is
used?
