Yarn/Souper for WinNT

I've been using older text-based versions of Yarn and Souper under OS/2 for
a couple of years. Now I'm changing over to WinNT and need to find these
for that platform. Can someone tell me what to look for and where to find
it? I'd really like something with a text interface if that's possible.
