I think I've found an error in NNIGN reporting tiniest slack size.
After having a >16 MB spool file using only 6 MB for articles,
(There seems to be an bug in the import program as it putting all the
new stuff at the end of the spool file!! Please fixed this!!!)
I used "rebuild -s" to reduce the size of the spool file. Well, the size
was reduced to 6 MB right. After importing another SOUP package, I was
running NNIGN to see how things worked out. Then I discovered that the
Tiniest Slack Size now was the hole size of the old spool file:
News spool size is 8,684,884 bytes (96/09/22 11:55)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Block Type | Bytes | Blocks | % | Average | Biggest | Tiniest |

This must an error right?
But is it YARN's or NNIGN's fault?
