You *could* edit manually if you really really really wanted to, but why
not just use the "newgroup" utility that comes with yarn. (-: The quickest,
easiest, safest, cleanest way to create a newsgroup...

Then when you run yarn hit "insert" and select the newsgroup... if
necessary.
