Headers with ISO-encoding

Hi Yarnsters..

In the Danish Usenet hieraki, headers with ISO-encoding are becoming
more and more common. And soon we're probably going to have newsgroups
with such names (like dk.test.=?ISO-8859-1?Q?=E6=F8=E5?=)

So I'd like to see Yarn be modified to understand and decode these
headers. Please, Chin?
