Announce: YIN 1.3 update (OS/2 and DOS)

YIN is a "Yarn INbox/folder Checker". It is a quick way to check your
inbox (or any other folder) and see how many messages are in there.
Yin has many other options. It will tally each type of message, display
simplified headers (of just new messages, or all messages), or even page
entire messages to the screen.

Here's what's new:

- DOS version (previously there was only an OS/2 version)
- Speech-Friendly options (thanks to Bob Paddock for ideas/help)
- Optional beeps on new messages
- Better folder finding (LOGDIR then HOME, and also full paths)
