This sounds like the error message that unzip gives. Check your
%yarn%\global file for the reply-packet=x:\path\reply.zip setting.
Mine looks like this;

# SOUP reply packet containing outgoing messages
reply-packet=..\reply.zip

Yes, but you have to exit Yarn so that the message will be packed into
reply.zip

If you're using Warp you should be using VSoup. Its multi-threaded and
faster than Soup for downloading news. See my web page below. There
are also some REXX scripts to get/send mail/news for Soup/Vsoup.
