It's a bug in Souper for Windows. I was just informed of this in the
last few days and haven't had a chance to fully analyze it. At first
guess, I would say it's due to Souper for Windows being a 16-bit
application as opposed to Souper for OS/2 and 95 both being 32-bit
applications.

In the interim, consider the maximum message size to be 64k-bytes.
If you want to send a message longer than 64k-bytes, you must send
it as the last message in a packet. You will get an error message
from Souper, but the message should get through in it's entirety.
