>From what I remember of discussions a while ago on mail-related
newsgroups, Microsoft had _NOT_ published the specifications for
"ms-tnef" (in other words, it was a proprietary format).
At that time, therefore, the ONLY way to extract "ms-tnef"
content was to use Microsoft software. I don't know if the
situation has changed since then.
