My gut instinct would be to filter using the string EUR-Mail,
with the From-field checked.

If that doesn't work, try renaming your folder (EUR) to EUR2,
delete the existing filter, and make a new filter rule, using
the settings I just gave, and filtering to the folder EUR. If
that works, you can transfer the contents of EUR2 to EUR. Maybe
the filter rule needs to actually create the folder.
