To me, the most abused resource in dealing with incoming messages
is my own time (spent reading them).

Suppose that two individuals forward (i.e., post) the same message -
that is, the message body is identical, only the headers differ. Or,
even more likely, the same individual posts the same message twice -
again, the message body is identical, only the headers differ.

I DEFINITELY suggest all messages with a duplicate body are "identical"
to me. I _appreciate_ a mailing program which saves me reading the
same stuff two or more times.

[Only if my job were to gather information on multiple submissions
would I care to look at ALL the different headers for the same body.]
