moderator e-mail?

A long time ago, when I subscribed to this list
there was a confirmation returned, which stipulated
that there was an individual e-mail address,
<stanczy@spot.colorado.edu>
which was described as the "owner of listproc".

I have all mail to that address returned. Why?
