Yes, If you in the config file specify where to keep copys of sent mail and
posted articles:

# keep copy of sent mail in this folder
sent-mail=mailed

# keep copy of posted articles in this folder
sent-news=posted

This move the mail and articles to the folders mailed and posted.

To delete the mail and articles from the "Replies" folder you have to delete the
replay packet.
Perhaps your terminal program can do that, or you can delete it in a batch file
either when you send mail or when you run yarn.
