Souper and VSoup: Reduntant or conflicting args, precedence?

Can anyone familiar with Souper and VSoup source code comment on how
redundant or conflicting args are evaluated?

Example:
souper (or vsoup) -k4096 -k1024

Is it the last one (I hope) or the first which takes precedence?

The reason for the question is I want to whether a ReXX program tacking
on an arg, in this case the -k1024, can override the first, and also
whether redundant args will screw things up, as in this case:
souper(or vsoup) -r -r

I'm not much use in C++.

Thanks.
