How do I tell yarn not to compress outgoing mail?

Hi, yesterday, I downloaded souper for Windows and find it to be an
extremely nice program. Is there a way to tell yarn not to compress
outgoing mail? This would save me the additional step of having to unzip
everything before going into souper. Also, can the same be done with
importing articles IE have yarn look in a directory, but not try to unzip a
specific file?
As always, any help appreciated.
