I don't know wether there is a possibility to do that, I just have
a workaround ;-)) :

Just create a batch file that uncompresses your outgoing mail and starts
souper automatically (I use this under Win95):

----------------------------------------------
REM outmail.bat
cd f:\com\yarn\home\send <== this depends on your configuration
unzip -o soup.zip
del soup.zip
souper -s
----------------------------------------------

Now you can start the whole process by simply typing OUTMAIL.
And you can create an object for this batch file
in your program manager or on your Win95-Desktop and sending
mail is only a mouseclick away ;-)
