eatool.exe, in the GNU/EMX v0.9c Development Suite, will also edit
EA's. It will add, edit, list, remove, save to a holdfile, and put
from a holdfile.
The catch is you have to download, install and setup the compiler, at
least a minimal install + samples (about 11 megs).
