RFC1036 (the news standard) seems to say only one address can be specified
in Reply-To, but RFC822 (mail) allows for multiples. I'd go ahead and try
it with no spaces and see if it works.
FWIW, RFC1036 is more restrictive than RFC822 and allows only the following:
Reply-To: jane@doe.org
Reply-To: jane@doe.org (Jane Doe)
Reply-To: Jane Doe <jane@doe.org>
