Not over here. When I hit 'R', the above choice was presented
to me.
The header in the original message looked like this:
"From: BenGrimm@xs4all.nl"
"Reply-To: BenGrimm@xs4all.nl, BenGrimm@dds.nl"
When I hit 'R', the dialog read:
( ) BenGrimm@xs4all.nl
( ) BenGrimm@xs4all.nl, BenGrimm.dds.nl
( ) All recipients
I chose the middle option, which resulted in this To-line in my
reply:
"To: BenGrimm@xs4all.nl, BenGrimm.dds.nl"
And it worked.
