Forwarding full headers

How do you forward full headers? I just mailed a complaint to
abuse@netcom.com about the CD-R media spam, and Yarn deletes
most of the header info. I really needed to include the path,
which was the only way you could tell it came from Netcom, and
the message ID, which was also deleted.
Any ideas?
