As you are viewing the offensive message/article in Yarn, you can hit
the "s" key (to save the message). Then, you should get a dialog box
on the screen, where you can type in a file name, or a directory path
plus a file name.

Once you are done, hit the Enter key, and that's it. You will have
saved the message/article, with full headers, to a file. When you are
sending your email complaint, then just insert or cut & paste that file
in the body of your message. It works for me :)...
