I haven't run Win95, but in OS/2 if you use the mode command to set
a virtual screen size, you can have oversized console windows. OS/2
will support up to about 100 lines in a console window, and the scroll
bars give you access to anything in that window.
You'd need a large monitor to get 100 lines on the screen in a readable
font. Hack around, there may be a way to do the same thing in
W95.
