I am sure many others will give you this answer: Yarn95 available from

<A HREF="http://www.vex.net/yarn/archive/" >PC Yarn: All versions 0.92</A>

I run the Win95 version under NT with Qedit 4.0 (16-bits DOS editor). Am
not able to find a 32-bits editor which do not mangle the ISO-Latin1
charset which I have to use here in Europe.

Good luck.
