Find this line in your CONFIG file:
# This is the prefix inserted before quoted lines when you reply or followup.
reply-quote=>
Make sure the 'reply-quote' line is uncommented, i.e. not
preceded by '#'. Then it should work just fine. BTW: the
CONFIG file must reside in your \home\yarn directory.
