:As you are viewing the offensive message/article in Yarn, you can hit
:the "s" key (to save the message). Then, you should get a dialog box
:on the screen, where you can type in a file name, or a directory path
:plus a file name.

:Once you are done, hit the Enter key, and that's it. You will have
:saved the message/article, with full headers, to a file. When you are
:sending your email complaint, then just insert or cut & paste that file
:in the body of your message. It works for me :)...

Before you save with "s" hit "v" (for verbose); this will show all the
normally-hidden headers and save them in the file.
