"Device AUX" is a big clue here Tom. Most users never use the
AUX device but I suspect that is where your speech box is hooked
up.
Have you made any changes to your speech software configuration?
That would be the first place to check.
It looks like your zip utility (probably PKZIP) is trying to
write either the zip file or an error message to "AUX" instead
of c:\upload\reply.zip or "CON." Probably the former. Try
undoing whatever changes you might have made to your speech
configuration. If you haven't changed your speech setup, then I
don't know what to suggest.
BTW, I didn't forget about the FTP automation we discussed some
months ago. There was a problem with it I was never able to
overcome.
