HELP! QWK->SOUP converter

Hi all,
Today I accidently ran UQWK with -L instead of +L option while getting
news and mail for YARN. This produces a QWK file, but YARN wants a SOUP
file. News is OK now - I took the newsrc file one generation back and ran
UQWK again, but my mail is deleted at the server. I know I can read my
mail with a QWK reader, but I have 3 megs of maillist mail, which should
be imported into my YARN pseudo-newsgroups. Anyone know of a QWK -> SOUP
converter program?
